Order Cancellation Policy:

Once you place an order, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our efficient ordering process ensures your order is swiftly processed and shipped. Due to the high volume of orders we manage, cancellations are not possible once your order has been submitted. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it.

 

Returns & Health Safety

For health and hygiene reasons, Kiotos Monstar does not accept returns based on personal satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any items that may pose a health risk or have come into contact with skin or bodily fluids (including saliva, semen, blood, or urine).

Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and cannot be resold.

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

• Any dildo or insertable toy

• Any penis sleeve or stroker

• Any item intended for anal, vaginal, or oral use

If an item is eligible for return (for example, in cases of incorrect shipment or manufacturer defect), it must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue. We offer exchanges for defective items within 7 days of the delivery date.
